Vegetables – zucchini, squash, onions, peppers, turnip greens.

It is actually pretty this easy to EAT HEALTHY for you Dinner and Lunch meals: Meats and Vegetables; No Grains or Limited Grains.  (Remember concerning the “Grains”.  Here at God-Built we believe that true “whole” Grains in and of themselves are not BAD for you, but since the majority of the grains that people eat are highly Processed, they are bad for you.)  Yes it takes some time to get “adjusted”, but it truly is pretty Easy!  So just get on it dog’on it!!
