Perform 1-3 of these workouts over the weekend!:

1. Movement Stretches x 10-15 each

2. Walk / Run 10-20 minutes

3. Max Pushups n 1 minute, Max Squats n 1 minute, Max Lunges n 1 minute, Max Situps or Leg Tucks n 1 minute.  Take 30 seconds rest between each one.

Joshua Paul loves to read, and sometimes David Ben loves for him to read to him.  Daddy’s good boys!
