How to FINISH STRONG, still. AND Make 2015 great.

10, 9, 8, 7,…..1 – DB Swing, Pushup Leg Tuck, 100 Jump Rope

Do 10 DB swings, 10 Pushup Leg Tucks, then 100 Jump Rope.  Then do 9 DB Swings, 9 Pushup Leg tucks, and 100 Jump Rope.  Keep going in “descending” order until you finish with 1 rep of each, and 100 Jump Rope. 

Man, that this is what you call “chillaxing”!  The boys got to do a lot of Chillaxing over the last week + on Christmas vacation.  And man oh man, did we ever have a big ole Christmas last week.  It was busy, exciting, and all went by in a flash, as usual.  Christmas is awesome, and at the Johnson household we love it. 

Remember we are still on our goal of FINISHING STRONG, 2014.  We still have 3 days left to do some more positive and MOMENTUM BUILDING stuff.  And remember it does not have to be anything huge or drastic, just a few basic GOOD things such as:

Dont eat as much quantity.

Exercise for 4+ minutes over the next 3 days.

THINK good thoughts.  SPEAK good words.

Start Expecting, thinking, speaking, that 2015 is going to be a GREAT YEAR.  EXPECT to Make it a great year.

BE THANKFUL.

Do something for someone else.

BE THANKFUL some more.

And there you have a few basic, simple things that can help you to FINISH STRONG and build MOMENTUM going into 2015 for better health and life.
