SIMPLE STEPS = GREAT RESULTS

Complete the following over your Awesome Weekend!:

100 Burpees or

100 Squats, 100 Pushups, 100 Leg Tucks

You can do them all in 1 day, or spread it out over the entire weekend.  Ye baby!

Check out David Ben Johnson being silly.  This is from several months back or maybe longer than that.  I thought this would be a great pic to start of this awesome Weekend we are about to have. 

Remember these Basic “pointers” for taking control of your health and life.  *Ye I know you have heard it over and over, and we all need to continually hear them over and over.  So here you go:

BE THANKFUL– It is much harder to be stressed and worried about what you dont have or where you are not at yet if you are busy being thankful.

HELP SOMEONE ELSE – This is another way to get your mind off of you and your troubles or challenges.  God’s Word says that “whatever you do for others He will do for you.”

MAKE 1 OR 2 GOOD NUTRITIONAL CHOICES – Cut out 1 “bad” food or drink for the weekend.  Eat a “better” more nutritious meal.  Cut back on the quantity a little. 

MOVE FOR 5+ MINUTES EACH DAY – Make a way to get Moving for just a few minutes, or longer, each day.  Keep it simple, or make it more complex and intense if that is what you like. 

MAKE A CHOICE TO ENJOY YOUR WEEKEND – Many times you just have to set your mind that you are going to Enjoy and be at Peace.  Yes sometimes it does “just happen” but that is not always the case. 

Do Not “wait” to see if this Weekend turns out to be great.  YOU MAKE IT A GREAT ONE!! YE BABY!
