This “Diet” works wonders for Fat Loss & Weight Loss

Movement Stretches x 8

1-3 rounds: 1 Min max reps of each exercise.  No Rest between exercises or rounds

In the pic is Joshua Paul’s Clif Bar with some “added Sunflower Seeds”.  He loves sunflower seeds, and he loves Clif Bars.  So I guess it makes sense that he would one day add the 2 together! 

The reason I wanted you to see this is because he is giving us a great idea of how to improve our Nutrition: He is adding a very good source of FAT into his diet.  Adding FAT into your diet is a great thing.  I think we are finally somewhat “getting over the hump” with the whole “fat is bad for you” idea.  Yes some fat is bad for you, but there are many food sources that give us very much needed FAT that does wonderful things in our bodies.  So do yourself, and your body, a favor and start FINDING ways to add in some of these foods into your diet:

Seeds, Nuts, Seed/Nut Butters, Avocados, Eggs, Fish

I recommend to focus on adding in more Fat and Vegetables into your diet, keep your Protein up, and cut back on your processed grains and sugars.  Now of course this is pretty general, but when you do it, it works good.  I have seen this “general” recommendation work wonders for FAT LOSS & WEIGHT LOSS when followed consistently.
