You know, PEACEis a big key for your overall health.  We all know that stress, fear, and condemnation literally kills.  These are the biggest health stealers and killers.  They literally cause mental, emotional, and physical harm in most cases.  No matter how great your commitment to great Exercise and Nutrition are, if you are not operating with a high level of PEACE, then your efforts from Exercise and Nutrition will not produce the best results.

We can discuss many options as far as “managing” Stress.  The first and foremost option though is this: Dont be worried and stressed about anything.  Go to God in prayer, tell him the deal, trust Him to handle it and to show you anything you need to do, and then THANK HIM upfront for taking care of it for you.  You let it go, choose not to worry about it anymore.  THEN, His Peace that is already inside you through Jesus Christ will rise up and you will walk in His perfect peace that passes all understanding.  And HIS Peace will guard your heart and your mind so that you Expect, Believe, and Think on the right things!” Philippians 4:6-7 (kj’s version). 

Now that settles itThat is my and your answer on how to handle stress.  And as we remember to do that (yes usually we need to on a daily basis), we will walk in His Peace which will help to bring great health!  And it is in this Peace where we will get the most out of any Exercise and nutrition that we are adhering to.  Get on it dog’on it!  THANK YOU LORD FOR GIVING US THE TOOLS TO OVERCOME AND CONQUER IN THIS LIFE!
