Check out these 1 Leg Power Hops being done with awesomeness this morning here at GB.  We are blessed to be able to work with one of the local Baseball teams.  We have about 20 young men coming in at 6:00am once per week.  They are dedicated!  And they are making great improvements already.  After only 4 workouts we can tell a pretty good difference in their Speed! 

Here is your encouraging Word for the day:

NEVER EVER GIVE UP.  No matter what has happened, no matter what does happen, no matter how “unlikely” or impossible it may seem, no matter how many times you have “tried”, no matter what you “FEEL like”, DONT EVER GIVE UP! 

And that is what is needed today!!  Get on it dog’on it!
