Motivation/Inspiration- LOVE is a powerful force. To know that you are loved and to show love through acts of kindness and through gratitude are 2 of the best ways to walk in Peace and Faith!

Nutrition- I have seen many people, and heard countless stories of people making great health strides simply by cutting out “sodas” from their diet. *And notice I didnt say by “replacing” regular soda with diet soda. IN most cases they simply drank water and unsweetened tea.

Exercise- GB DW: Jog 2.5 minutes. 6/10 x 100 yd sprints, rest 45 seconds between sprints
