Making NUTRITIOUS EATING more Doable!!

lunch13Here is another “Easy” and “Nutritious” Lunch option: Ground deer meat cooked in homemade pasta sauce and fresh Avocado!  Good stuff and very easy to do. 

Remember these simple keys for making Nutritious Eating more “doable”:

Buy easy to prepare and Nutritious food!  I know this sounds like a no brainer, but sometimes we make it too hard and think that buying nutritious food is hard.  It is not.  Yes it might call for a “change”, but it does not have to be hard.

Make enough food for Leftovers!  man this is a big one for me.  I love leftovers.  It is so easy.  All you have to do is take it out of the fridge and there you have it.

Keep the food choices to 2-3 for most meals.  This keeps it real easy also instead of trying to get too many food choices in at one meal.  When you have time to add in 4-5+ food choices in one meal then great, but at the other times realize that having only 2 foods for a meal can be great.  Such as  the above pic.  *Actually my lunch today was from the same leftover deer meat and i just added in some spinach.  Easy and Nutritious.

Keep a supply of high quality Nutrition Bars on hand.  Man this is another real easy yet effective tool to remember.  Man so easy!
