FOOD / Nutrition

Just Think on this 1 simple thing today regarding Food / Nutrition: You Control Food.  Do not let Food control you.  God never intended for food to control us and or to meet any kind of emotional needs.  Food yes is intended to some extent for enjoyment, but that is secondary.  First and foremost Food is to promote Energy, Healing, and Growth in fitness components such as strength and endurance.  When we learn to “see” and “think” of Food appropriately, we can get a better handle on Food.  We can actually CONTROL FOOD in our own lives.

YOU CONTROL FOOD.  Get on it dog’on it!
