Man, what a great day to have a great day!!This is the day that the Lord has made, lets choose to rejoice and be glad in it.Lets choose to make this day a great day!

Remember, if you wait to see if today turns out to be a great day, then its just like playing the lottery:  You could win, but it is a slim chance.

 You know that your emotions can reap positive or negative side effects in your health.  God gave us emotions, but He did not intend in any way for our emotions to control us.  You must understand the power of your emotions as it applies to your health, and you must understand that God has empowered you to be able to control your emotions.
