Its a beautiful day. I have a hot date today and tonite with my wonderful amazing beautiful wife. Man yeh!! Good gracious alive in the morning, i have an amazing woman for a wife. I am very very very blessed!
Remember that what you eat is very important for your overall health. When it comes down to it, the most important issue with your diet is not what you do or do not eat, not how many calories you eat, not whether you eat 4 servings of vegetables or 5. The most important issue is: WHO IS IN CONTROL? Are you in control of food or is food in control of you. If food is in control of you then you must change that. How do you do it? Well here is a simple yet powerful answer: Realize that God loves you; Realize that He has empowered you already to overcome any strong hold in your life; Accept, believe and apply the truth that you can and do control your mind will and emotions as it concerns food; Use the Word of God to “renew” your mind daily; Keep keeping on, and never ever give up.
