This is a pic of me and Joshua Paul’s camping trip from couple years ago. I love having camp outs with the boys, and they love it too. A good ole fire is hard to beat, especially in good company.
As I like to do from time to time, I am going to give you just a simple Reminder of some Basic things that when done on a consistent basis can make a huge impact in your health and life. This is not everything, but it is some of the main things:
MAKE GOD YOUR BIGGER PURPOSE FOR TAKING CONTROL OF AND IMPROVING YOUR HEALTH AND LIFE.
BE THANKFUL. IT IS AWFUL HARD TO BE STRESSED AND WORRIED WHEN YOU ARE FOCUSED ON BEING THANKFUL. ANd remember that stress and worry are extremely harmful to your health.
BE A GIVER. MAKE A POINT TO HELP OTHERS. God designed it so that as you help others and do for them, it opens the door wide open for Him to be able to do for you.
SLOW DOWN. Man this is a biggie for all of us. Take time on purpose to slow down things in your mind and realize that you dont have to be in such a hurry all the time. This will help to take stress off.
MAKE A FEW SIMPLE “DIET” CHANGES. It only takes doing a few of the things you already know you should do.
MAKE A WAY TO EXERCISE 3+ TIMES PER WEEK FOR 5+ MINUTES. 5 minutes of exercise is much better than nothing. And if you do it correctly, yes you can get a whole lot down in 5 minutes. If you choose to do more, then even better.
BE THANKFUL. It just say this because it is oh so important. I could almost guarantee you that “thankful” people have a much better QUALITY of life than unthankful people. And yes it is a choice, everyday, every way.
There you have it, some basic life changing keys that you already know, just make sure and convince yourself that they are powerful and doable by you.
