Friends and neighbors

Man it is a great day to have a great day.  I believe that is the case everyday.  No matter what happens it is always our choice to choose to make it the best day as possible.  No matter how bad it may seem we can always choose to have the right attitude. 

One thing for sure is that you cant be led by feelings and circumstances.  Too many people allow themselves to be controlled by emotions and it does not turn out good.  Yes you can control your emotions and your attitude and yes you must do this if you want to take control of your health and life. 

You can and i believe you will.  It really is your health and your life and your choice.  You can not control what happened in the past and you can not go back and change it.  You can, though, do something about the now and the future.  Thru Christ you have been empowered to make positive decisions and changes in your health and life.  You can and you will.
