I won a few trophys in highschool for sports. ANd that was great, but now I have a new favorite trophy. Last night David Ben made me something special. He said “Daddy see what I made for you. It is your Dragon Trophy Decoration.” Now that is special for sure. Man I love my little boys and am soooooo fully blessed!!
Memorial Day weekend is here and I am sure you are going to have FUN. I know me and my family are. Here are a few Recommendations to help you keep positive Momentum for health and life improvement during this awesome Holiday.
Be THANFUL. Be Thankful to God #1 for allowing you to be part of this great Nation! Be Thankful for all the people who have served and do serve in order to help keep us FREE in this awesome Country, the great USA!! Be THANKFUL that you are blessed!
Move / Exercise for just a little bit. Take 5-10 minutes each day to stretch, walk, run, perform bodyweight strength exercises, or anything else that requires good movement.
Eat Better. Even if you know you are going to have the celebration / party meal or meals, the rest of the day make very wise food choices and keep the quantity low. Easy stuff right there, but very beneficial.
BE THANKFUL AGAIN.
RELAX. Dont worry at all about what you think you might need to do next week. Just enjoy the weekend. Enjoy your family. Enjoy the MOMENT.
