Familiar Reminders + doing them = Great health improvements


woutsamdaveHere is picture from our a.m. workout group.  THey literally “get on it dog’on it!!”  We have a good group on mon. wed. and fri. mornings at 6:15, and they come consistently.  They work hard and it has paid off for them. 

As I like to do for you often, here are some “familiar” reminders we all need to be reminded of:

It absolutely is your health, your life, and your choice.  God has given you a free Gift of complete Salvation for an eternity in heaven and an abundant life and health here now on this earth.  all this was Paid for by Jesus Christ.  It is up to us to Recieve it just by Faith, then continue to recieve it, TAKE it, daily.  Remember no matter where you are at in your health or life you can do something starting right now to make positive changes!!

If you “think” starting an Exercise or Nutrition program is going to be “hard”, then it is.  Yes like with anything else in life it does take CONSISTENT and PURPOSED Effort, but no it does not have to be “hard”!!  You must change the way you SPEAK and THINK concerning Exercise and Nutrition.

Exercise – we have been telling you this for a long time and no it is not a trick to try and get you to start exercising then expect you to have to do more and more:  5 Minutes is very Beneficial!  There is no magic to “5” minutes, but yes there is power in “doing something”.  You could literally and drastically change your health just by doing 5 minutes of exercise daily or at least 4-5 days per week!

YOU CAN BECAUSE HE IS IN YOU AND EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO WIN IN THIS HEALTH CHALLENGE IS ALREADY INSIDE YOU!!
