Me and LeAnne have been doing a 3 DAY CLEANSE. And this was her idea. She got the actual guidelines from Dr. Oz. Check out the pic and you will see the “dinner shake” and she made something special and “extra” for me in the way of avocado and chopped tomatoes. I recommend doing short “Fasts” and or “Cleanses” from time to time as they can really promote improved Health. I will get you more info on this specific one a little later.
Now on to the topic of EXERCISE. We all know it is good for us. We all know it is something we should include into our “Daily Routine”. We all have heard this advice over and over and over. And of course here at God-Built we highly recommend Exericse for all! Even though you have heard this “advice” many times, I want you to take a good and hard look at this interesting and VALUABLE info about EXERCISE that I was just reading on Mercola.com. Wow!! Did you read all that? You may want to go back and read it over again. These Doctors are literally saying that just plain ole EXERCISE is the BEST PREVENTATIVE DRUG we have for many common physical ailments!! Of course this isnt “new” news, but it does bring the facts about the many Benefits of Exercise more to light for us all to see.
Now I realize that all this info about Exercise will probably not make the actual ACT of EXERCISING any easier, but I expect that it will give you more interest in finding a way to start Exercising if you are not already doing so. And remember if you are not Exercising now, it really is pretty simple and requires very MINIMUM TIME! Despite what we were all taught for years, you dont have to exericse 20, 30, or 60 minutes for it to be Beneficial. No, No, No! 5 Minutes of moderate to intense Exercise done 3+ times per week can be very beneficial!! So again, it does not take much time. Yes if you want to workout longer then great. Do it. But until you actually will take those longer sessions to workout, Go AHEAD NOW AND START WITH 5 MINUTES A DAY!! Get on it dog’on it!
