1. For 10+ Minutes- Run 1 minute, Walk 1 minute
2. 50 / 75 / 100 Burpees for fastest Time
3. Movement Stretches x 8 each. Then Complete 40r, 40l 1 Arm Alt. Snatches w/ dumbbell

MOVE – find a way to get some Exercise / Movement in: 1-3 of the above DW’s (daily workouts), swimming, playing with the kids, Water Skiing, and whatever!
EAT WHAT YOU WANT!- just make sure that you pay attention to making better Nutritional choices for most of the day, each day, then have what you want in Moderation at any special Event you may be at this weekend.
