Summer is a different time for most all of us, especially if you have kids. Here at God-Built we sometimes see less people coming in for our Workouts, and sometimes we see more. One thing I encourage you to do is to use this summer to AMP UP your Focus on your health. Remember, it does not have to be “stringent” or dull. Make it exciting. Make it challenging. Give yourself some small and short term goals. Use the SUMMER TIME to motivate you to get out more and get active. Be like the boys and “JUMP ON IT”!!
