1 arm overhead Walking Lunge x 30 / 50 right arm, 30 / 50 left arm
This is a pic of Sam and big Dave doing some Lunge & 1 arm press. This is similar to todays GB DW, and like 1 arm overhead walking lunges, this exercise is very Effective and Time Effecient. Always remember that the more “Effecient” an exercise is, the more “Bang for your Buck” so to speak. So always strive to choose “more effecient” exercises like in todays DW (daily workout)! Remember this also, and most importantly: The main thing is to MOVE. So really, who cares if your exercises are not as effecient as others? As long as you are moving / exercising on a consistent basis, then you are ON IT DOG’ON IT!
