Choose 2-3 for the Weekend!

1. Walk/Run/Bike for 15+ minutes

2. Max Burpees n 7 min!

3. Movement Stretches x 8 each, 20 squats, 20 pushups, 20 leg tucks, then 50 Power Cleans (db or bb)

Good pic here of some of our young GB athletes doing some Hang Clean & Press.  They had a certain weight each that they had to complete 20 reps for the fastest time.  They did awesome!

The boys had Bible School this week and today they had a program to end of the week.  One of the things was them singing and some sort of “signing” to the music.  They did great with all the songs, but one really got me jacked!  This song, and I dont know the name or the band (as usual for me), that they performed to goes something like this: “my God’s not dead, He is surely Alive, living on the inside, Roaring like a Lion……”.  And when the kids we singing and signing to it, man I got chills all over me.  Heck I am getting chills now just thinking back on it!  Man it was so powerful.  It really “moved” me, so I just wanted to share it with you. 

I want you to think about that song and those words this weekend.  Your God is not dead!!!  HE is surely ALIVE!!!  And HE literally IS LIVING ON THE INSIDE OF YOU!!! And guess what?  HE is ROARING LIKE A LION, inside you and thru you.  

HE IS POWERFUL, SO YOU ARE POWERFUL

HE LOVES YOU, SO YOU ARE ULTIMATELY LOVED

HE IS NOT DEAD, HE IS ALIVE, SO YOU ARE ALIVE

HE OVERCAME, SO YOU DID TOO

HE IS ABLE, SO YOU ARE TOO

YOUR GOD IS NOT DEAD, HE IS SURELY ALIVE.  AND HE IS LIVING ON THE INSIDE OF YOU ROARING LIKE A LION!  Bam!!  Get on it dog’on it!!
