Check out 5 of our young Athletes doing some SPEED work this morning!  Some good looking young athletes right there.

Speed Work can be good for any person looking to improve their fitness and or Athletic Performance.  If you enjoy running, such as distance running, Speed Work can help out a lot.  If you dont like to Run, then dont!  But again if you do enjoy Running, just make sure you add some Speed Work in 1-2 days per week.  This can  help with your Technique, your Power, and your overall Endurance. 

So the take away for today is to add Speed Work into your workout Regimen if you are looking to improve your overall fitness and or sports performance.  And if you dont add Speed Work in, you will still be all good!
