Run n Place, Pushup, Squat, Situp, Mountain Climbers, Run n Place

Check out 2 of our awesome members doing some Russian Twist during one of our group workouts this week.  Also you can see the tires in the floor.  We used them for Burpee Tire Jumps.  This is a decently advanced or complex movement and at the same time anyone can do it.  You can do a modified Burpee if needed and or you can do a modified Tire Jump if needed.  The same goes for all the Movements we have our members / friends perform here at God-Built.  We can modify / change anything to meet different individual needs and ability levels.  Its all good!

Remember dont make excuses of why you CAN NOT Exercise.  Instead, MAKE A WAY to Exercise!  Ye Baby!
