I have learned a lot over the years, and the more I learn the more I see that I still have to learn and to keep reminding myself of certain things! Here are a few of the things I have learned and am still learning that I believe are important in the quest to take control and keep control of our health and lives:
God is LOVE and we (you and me) are the main object of HIS LOVE!
I have everything available already inside me that I will ever need to WIN and Overcome in this life!
I can not count on others. Others can help, but they are not where I put my trust. God is where I put my trust, and if others help along the way then that is great too!
BE THANKFUL- Oh man this is so key!!!
Remember your Victories.
DO NOT LET YOUR EMOTIONS CONTROL YOU.
USE YOUR WORDS. They are a powerful tool and you will speak words everyday and they are either CREATING life or death in your life.
HELP OTHERS.
REMIND YOURSELF DAILY OF WHO YOU ARE IN CHRIST!
