Using Speed & Agility to Improve your Fitness / Health

Here is one of our groups doing some Agility Drills during one of our SUPERFIT Workouts!  They are looking good.

Adding Running, Speed, & Agility Drills into your workout program is a great idea!  These drills can help with any and all of the following:

Mobility / Flexibility

Coordination

Endurance

Speed / Power

Core Strength & Balance

Overall Health

With Running, Speed, and Agility drills you have to treat them just like any other exericses: Start Slow, Learn Good Mechanics and Build up the Intensity as you go.   If you start off going too hard and doing too much volume, you could end up with an injury, and of course that is not the goal.  So remember these types of drills, just like the ones we do here at GOD-BUILT and our Corporate Partner locations, can be Excellent for your overall Fitness, but be wise.
