1. Movement Stretches x 7 each
2-3 sets of Max Pushups to Failure, rest 2 minutes between sets
2-3 sets of Max Squats to Failure, rest 2 minutes between sets
2. Walk / Run / Jump Rope / Bike / Burpees / Sprints x 25+ minutes
This is a neat pic of 2 GB athletes doing some Overhead Walking Lunges. Remember anytime you add “overhead” to your squat or lunge, you are increasing the demand and intensity of the Exercise. And of course this is a good thing, at least in most cases. So “get on it dog’on it”!
