Take Time to Slow down! Keep the Momentum Going.

Do Max Reps of each exercise for 1 min.  Squat, Pushup, Situp, Burpee.  Rest 20 seconds between exercises.  Perform 1-3 rounds.

Check out the boys making some special CHRISTMAS place mats during Thanksgiving break.  LeAnne had them do this then laminated them.  She is such a great mommy and always does a great job of creating memories for the boys and our family. 

Take time this CHRISTMAS season to do special things with others.  Slow down a little when you can and make some special memories for others and for yourself.  Enjoy CHRISTMAS time and MAKE IT A GREAT ONE! 

And remember to either Build up Momentum and or Keep the Momentum going with your “health”.  Keep doing a few basic things with your Nutrition and Exercise that will help to build up Momentum for the first of the new year!
