Choose 1-2 of the following for your Weekend:
1. Complete 5+ rds of- Run 1 min, Any Resistance Exercise 1 min. You can do the same Resistance Exercise for all 5+ rounds or you can do different ones.
2. 20 Squats, 20 Pushups, 20 Leg Tucks. Then do Max Reps of Clean Squat Press w/ dbs or barbell or Burpees in 4 minutes.
Check out ST doing some Deadlifts during one of his PT workouts this week. ST has been working very hard in preparation to become a professional wrestler. He does 2 PT (personal training 1 on 1) workouts and 3 SuperFit group workouts per week here at God-Built. He is a very good example of being willing to Work Intensely and Consistently in order to obtain his goals. Stay on it ST!!

Work Hard. Work CONSISTENTLY. **remember “working hard” does not have to be burdensome and or overwhelming. Working hard, the whole time Expecting to get great Results is in no way burdensome. It is Rewarding, in the short term as well as the long term!
