1. 10+ minute Run / JRope / Bike / Play Chase w/ kids
2. Movement Stretches x 8
3-5 rounds, No rest between rounds: Max Squat hold, Max Pushup Hold w/ 1 leg up
*Go into a correct form parrallel or below parrallel squat and hold it at the bottom for as long as you can, keeping correct spinal alignment. Then immediately go into a Pushup Hold in the “up” position and hold it for as long as you can. Raise one leg up off ground for more intensity! Repeat for 3-5 total rounds

I was talking with one of my very good friends and mentors last night. We were together in the middle of a pretty rough situation, and him being much more personally involved than myself. He reminded me several times that is was important to always remember the good things, and dont focus on the bad or negative things in our lives. He said there was plenty of good things to focus on such that it would always override the bad. Man thanks for that m.w.! I love that man. He has truly been a great inspiration in my life and he is really like a father figure to me also. He is one of those people that literally makes you want to be a better person just because you know them.
So like m.w. says, “lets focus on the good”!! Ye baby!
