Check out the spread of Fruits and Vegetables that me and LeAnne brought home the other day. This is from the Central High School Ag Dept where you can pick up a box every Thursday. This is the deal I mentioned before and it is a pretty sweet deal. You basically get your pick of a spread of fruits and veggies for $20. And you get a big box to fill up. Here is a list of some of the stuff we got this week:
Kale, Mustard greens, cabbage, peppers, jalepenos, carrots, cilantro, celery, potatoes, strawberries, blackberries, kiwi, melon, mango, apples, bananas, egg plant, onions, etc.
If you are looking for a way to get a bunch of good stuff at a good cost, and to help support a local high school ag department, well this could be it for you. **(I am working on getting the contact info for you so you can get on the list!) This is just another way that you can do something simple to improve your health, and take control of your health and life!
