1. 2 min Jog, then for 8+ minutes, Run 1 Min, Walk 1 Min
2. 50 / 100 of each Exercise for Fastest Time (perform in any order)- Squats, Pushup Leg Tucks, Lunges
Check out Big Jake! Jake plays football for the best College Team in the world: GEORGIA BULLDOGS! Or at least thats my opinion. Anyway, we have been blessed to be able to work with Jake for short periods of time since he was a sophomore in highschool. We are blessed again and able to help him get ready for his upcoming Summer workouts back at Georgia.
Jake has experienced, and will continue to experience great success in his football career. Now he wasnt just “lucky”. No, Jake has worked his butt off for many years now to be able to get where he is. And of course he knows that his athletic “talent” and “gifting” is from God Almighty. Jake is also a great young man. He is very respectful and humble. I know his parents so I know why he is the way he is. His parents are great Christian people, and they have poured “Godly” values into Jake all his life. Now he, and they, are reaping the rewards to see the product he has become, and still is becoming.
I am saying all this to say that what you PUT INTO YOURSELF, and or INTO Your KIDS is extremely important. I know you know this, but I just wanted to remind you. Remember, if your efforts towards making improvements in your life, and or your kids lives does not seem to be working, DO NOT STOP! It is working, but sometimes it takes time to SEE the actual desired “natural” results. Keep planting those good seeds with the right words, the right thoughts, and the right actions. It IS Producing a Great Harvest!
