HAPPY 4TH OF JULY!! This is another pic of The Johnson’s loaded up for the July 4th Parade. I believe this one is from last year. Like I said: We love going to the parade. Heck driving the golf cart to and from the parade is half the fun!

CONTROL FOOD– yep I know, this weekend will be full of some great tasting foods that may not be the healthiest. Just do a good job of controlling your portions, and eat small healthy meals before and after the bigger “party” meals.
GO AHEAD AND PLAN TO BE STRESS FREE THIS WEEKEND AND NEXT WEEK. You know you can plan to do this, and it is possible to walk it out. Of course you will likely have plenty of opportunities to get Stressed, but Planning ahead will help you to be aware when the stress does try to creep in. And then you can head it off!
