“CIRCUIT” Style Workouts

Choose 1-2 for the Weekend:

1. Movement Stretches x 9

Max Burpees n 7 min

2. Movement Stretches x 8

4-6 rds: 100 yd Run, 25 squats, 25 pushups

This is a cool pic of 3 GB Athletes doing a High Intensity “circuit” style workout.  We love doing these type “circuits” for many reasons such as:

Variety – we can do lots of different exercises, and therefore work on a lot of areas of fitness

Effeciency – we can get a lot done in a little bit of time

Modifiable – we can “modify” anything to fit different needs

FUN – heck they are just fun to do!
