Choose 1-2 over your weekend (do Movement Stretches x 10 before each wout):
1. Run/Walk/Bike/Row/Swim 10+ minutes
2. 3 rounds x Max Reps in 30 seconds of each, 10 seconds rest between exercises: Pushup, Leg Tuck, Wlunge
