GB DW- Go as far as you can in 5/7 minutes: 5,10,15,…. x squats, pushups, supercrunch. *do 5 squats, 5 pushups, 5 supercrunch. Then do 10 of each, then 15 of each and so on.
Nutrition: Yes Nutrition does “weight” more in the fitness/health equation vs Exercise. Exercise though does not need to be discounted in any way. So knowing that the Nutrition does “weigh” more, you should EMBRACE this truth, instead of Dreading it!
Motivation/Inspiration- To go right along with how you “see” Nutrition, how you think about, speak about, and percieve a thing is pretty much how it is going to be, To You! So if there is some “action” you know you should take as it concerns taking control of your health and life, you must learn to think, speak, and percieve it Correctly!!
