GB Inspire/Motivate- Opportunity is available to all of us. First we have to believe this, and Expect it. When we expect it, we start looking for it! And that is a big key to being able to see it when it does come.
GB Nutrition– Eat MORE = Lose Weight!! Yep I know this is still so foreign to most, but it is true in many cases. In my 20 years of Health & Life Coaching, I have seen this happen a whole lot. When I have clients eat “cleaner” and up their intake, they usually lose weight.
GB Exercise– For 4,6, or 8 minutes: 1,2,3,4,5….. of Squats, Pushups, Situps. *Do 1 rep of each, then 2 reps of each, and so on going up in rep count each round.
