Here are 2 pics of My TOP 2 RECOMMENDED NUTRITIONAL SUPPLEMENTS.  I have shown you some of my favorite Supplements before and I figured you may want/need a reminder.   Remember the key word in Nutritional Supplements is “Supplement”.  They are to “supplement” or add to a good whole food based diet

#1- High Quality “whole food” based Multi vitamin and mineral.  This is your “foundational” supplement.  You should always eat a good variety of whole foods with the objective of supplying the body with high powered vitamins and minerals and other co-factors.  Even with a great whole food based diet, most if not all will still need a high quality multi to help.

#2- High Quality Essential Fatty Acid supplement.  You can get this from a “pill” and that is great and very easy.  I choose to supplement my diet in the form of the 2 liquids- “Lemon flavored” COD LIVER OIL, Extra virgin Coconut oil.  I like these 2 because of the high quality of essential and saturated fats that I get and it is so easy to add into my daily morning shake. 

There are other supplements that can benefit you.  I believe that these 2 are your 2 foundational supplements.  You can research and find all kinds of good info about the importance of these 2 for improved health.
