Sorry it has been about a week since I have been able to be on here sharing with you health and life info. My computer got a little under the weather but all is well and back rock n rolling!

Speaking of SUPPLEMENTS I have a new SUPPLEMENT GUIDE for you. This is just a revised version of the info we have given you in the past for what we believe are the most important supplements for you to take. I will work on getting this added to the website under Nutrition as an article, and then I will send you a link to it. It is pretty basic, informative, and what I think is a great source for helping you to decide what supplements to take.
