Check out David Ben passed out on the way home the other day. He was a tired little man! This picture stuck out to me as I was going thru my pics on my phone because that is exactly the way I feel right now: TIRED! I have been working all day every day until about midnight since last Friday. We have been getting a rental property ready for new tenants to move in. It is funny because each time you do this you soon forget how much time and effort it takes to get it back to “move in” condition. When it is all said and done though, it is so worth it. Anyway I am getting to bed early tonight!!
On the subject of “it being so worth it” I have a real life story of a woman’s health challenge and weight loss. I was reading one of my Fitness Equipment magazines and they featured a lady who had LOST 70LBS and kept it off over 1 year! Check out some of the most important keys that stuck out to me. It is not Rocket Science!! It is just good ole basics that when done CONSISTENTLY with Faith, it produces great results!!

Simply starting EXERCISING “on her LUNCH BREAK” with a couple of FRIENDS. They helped hold her ACCOUNTABLE!
NUTRITION CHANGES – Simple. Changed from eating out 1-2 times per day, to only eating out 1-2 times per Week! **notice she didnt STOP eating out completely (even though that would truly be great). she just flipped it where it was only a “small percentage” of the time.
THREW HER OLD CLOTHES AWAY because she NEVER PLANS TO NEED THEM AGAIN. full Faith!
She said “Dont beat yourself up if you choose to have an “OFF” day with your exercise or eating! NO CONDEMNATION!
Wow. Here is a mom that wanted to lose a lot of weight. She decided she was going to change and she did. She saw great results just by doing BASIC, SIMPLE Things CONSISTENTLY! NUFF SAID!
