Max Rounds in 4 minutes: 12 Power Cleans (dbs or barbell), 21 Pushups
*perform 12 Power Cleans with a weight of your choice using dumbbells or barbell, then perform 21 pushups. Then repeat for as many “rounds” as you can in the 4 minutes.
