*perform 50 jumping jacks and 50 situps, then 40 of each, then 30 of each, and so on until you end at 10 reps each.
Here is a neat pic of the boys after one of their Saturday Golf clinics. They have been doing these golf clinics for a few Saturdays now and they truly enjoy it. Like LeAnne said the other day, we are not sure if they just love the clinic so much of the fact that they earned a “golf” hat and PINS each time. Either way they enjoy it.
Monday morning I was discussing with one of our workout groups one of the most important factors, if not the most important one, for determining your success with health goals. That Factor is FAITH! That is correct. Faith, your Faith or “CONFIDENT EXPECTATION” that you will succeed and accomplish your goals is what I believe to be the #1 determining Factor in your health goals. It is this true CONFIDENT EXPECTATION that will cause you to push right through any adversity and obstacles that you face along the way. So think about that. Do you have Faith, CONFIDENT EXPECTATION, that you are going to succeed and accomplish your goals?! If not, then you simply need to back up, reassess WHO YOU ARE IN CHRIST, and realize that just because HE LOVES YOU, and HE ALREADY HAS EMPOWERED YOU TO WIN, then you will. And when it comes down to it, the fact is that you already HAVE WON. So See yourself and your health that way. Totally EXPECT to accomplish your goals. Get moving in that direction, the whole time knowing that you WIN and you, thru HIM, already have overcome any obstacle you might face. IT IS FINISHED! ANd that is what HE Said!
