Workouts & Tips for you and your weekend!

Choose 2-3 Workouts for the weekend:

1. Run for Max Distance in 5, 7, 10 or more minutes

2. Max Burpees in 4 minutes

3. Movement Stretches x 8 each.  complete for best time- 100 jump rope, 100 pushup rows (50r, 50l), 100 jump rope

Do you remember this last cj7 I built last year?  Man this one really turned out good.  I was looking through my pics to send you off on the weekend with a good one, so here it is.  You may not get excited about Jeeps like I do, but maybe this will at least get you thinking about getting “outside” this weekend and enjoying the pretty weather!
