Eat “whole” foods + other Nutrition Reminders for YOU

This is my quick and easy Dinner I made the other night.  Here is what it consisted of:

3 whole (real) eggs fried in “real” butter

avocado w/ salsa

Cup black coffee

This meal was very simple and pretty Nutritious.  Here are some Reminders for you about Nutrition:

Eat “whole” Foods vs. human tampered food, i.e.-

Whole “real” Eggs vs. Egg substitutes – when you are at a restaurant you better ask them for “real” eggs or they will most likely serve you the “fake” stuff

Whole Butter vs. margirine – you dont want margirine or the “fake” stuff.  Real “whole” butter is best.  Kerry Gold is the brand we use.

Whole Milk or other Dairy products vs “Low fat” or “reduced fat”- If you dont believe dairy products are good for you then dont eat them.  On the other hand if you do believe God made dairy for human consumption, then you want it the way he designed it from the beginning- whole.  And if you have a good resource for true Raw milk then that is the best.  Otherwise look for “Organic”, “Whole” dairy products.

CONTROL FOOD.  Do NOT let food control you.

Apply 1-2 simple things now.  Dont wait until you think you can be perfect with your Nutrition. 

Cut your portions.  Not everyone, but most everyone just eats too much.  So yes of course work on making better QUALITY choices, but no matter what you eat, you can easily cut your portions back.
