Choose 1-2 for your Weekend:

1. Fast Walk / Run / Bike 15+ minutes

2. Movement Stretches x 7 each

50 Squats, 50 Overhead Press, 50 Leg Tucks

This is a pic from a while back of one of our “backyard campouts“.  The boys love these and this pic has me fired up to do one tonight, but the heat is making me think twice.  I dont know, I may just wait for it to cool off a little!?
