Speaking of COMPLEX: Sometimes we make things too “complex” when it comes to improving any area of our lives, especially our Health.  We basically make it too complicated.  And for most if it is too complicated, then it probably will not last long.  So remember, KEEP IT SIMPLE.  Do these Simple things and you will start TAKING CONTROL OF AND IMPROVING YOUR HEALTH AND LIFE!!:

1. KNOW THAT HE LOVES YOU AND “IT IS “HIS WILL FOR YOU TO PROSPER AND “BE IN HEALTH””.

2. KNOW THAT YOU ALREADY HAVE ALL THE POWER AND ABILITY INSIDE YOU TO ACCOMPLISH IMPROVED HEALTH.

3. CHOOSE A “FEW” THOUGHTS AND WORDS ABOUT YOU AND YOUR HEALTH THAT ARE TRUTH, and think and speak only those thoughts and words:  You can do all things thru Christ who strengthens you; You do not have to worry / stress; He gave you a spirit of power, love and a sound mind; He gave you “the mind of Christ“; You choose to think only on HIS thoughts about you; You use that powerful tool (your mind) that HE gave you to tell your body what to do; etc

4. MAKE A FEW BASIC NUTRITIONAL CHANGES

5. STAY CONSISTENT WITH IT ALL, EXPECTING EVERYDAY, ALL THE TIME TO SEE YOUR GOALS ACCOMPLISHED. 

6. NEVER EVER GIVE UP, NO MATTER WHAT IT LOOKS LIKE OR FEELS LIKE.
