This is a neat pic from one of our Training Rooms here at God-Built with 2 of our GB athletes going at it.  If you notice in the center background you can see our GB vision posted up on the wall.  We have our GB vision posted up in 2 different places here at our Carrollton facility.  Our vision is: GOING INTO ALL THE WORLD TEACHING PEOPLE WHO THEY ARE IN CHRIST, THROUGH FITNESS.  We believe it is important to “keep the Vision in front of our people” in order to remind ourselves and our members who we are and what our main goal is here at God-Built.

Whatever your goals are, you need to keep them in front of you.  Somehow you need to find a way that will constantly remind you of what your health and or life goals are.  Here are a few simple ways to do this:

Write it down and put it somewhere you will see it on a regular basis.

Put pictures up that remind you of your goal.

Put it somewhere on your phone that you can and will go to on a daily basis.

Find someone with similar goals and you will be each others’ reminder.

As you are constantly reminded of your goals, you can Correctly make choices based on whether or not those choices will help you to reach your goal.  And along the way remember if you ‘mess up”, get over it quickly.  Keep going.  Keep Expecting.  And never ever ever give up!!  Ye baby!
