For 7 minutes- Perform 10 Squats, 10 Pushup Leg Tucks “emom” (every minute on the minute). **Basically you start your clock and perform 10 squats, 10 pushup leg tucks. Rest until the next minute starts, then on the start of the next minute you perform 10 squats, 10 pushup leg tucks again. Repeat for 7 minutes, 7 rounds
I have posted this pic before of LeAnne’s homemade pizza. She makes some delicious pizza. I am not much on pizza, but I love hers. I guess because it tastes fresh, not greasy, and I know the ingredients are good quality.
The other night LeAnne wanted to go to the new “pizza” place here in town: Palladino’s. I honestly went not expecting much. Well I was shocked. The whole experience was great, and on top of that the pizza was actually very good. Mr. Joe, one of the owners, told me about the quality of ingredients they sourced and I was impressed. So we had some good pizza and a great experience.
So you can have pizza, and it be a “better” choice. On this road of “health improvement” we know that making wiser food choices is a big part. So one of the key things is to stay in this mindset of “better” choices. It is not that we are always going to be perfect, and it is not that we have to totally give up some of the foods we enjoy that may not be so healthy for us. It is about being wise, and that means many times giving up certain foods, and or at least limiting those. And like we always say here at God-Built: No matter where you are, you can always make a “better” choice!! Ye baby1
