Movement Stretches x 7

10 Minutes Ascending 5, 10, 15, 20, ….

Squats, Pushups, Situps

*For 10 minutes do 5 Squats, 5 Pushups, 5 Situps.  Then do 10 of each.  Then do 15 of each, and so on.  Keep going to get to the highest number you can in the 10 minutes.

Here is a pic of The Johnson’s from this past weekend in Blowing Rock, North Carolina.  We went with some great friends who have 2 kids the same age as ours.  It was a blast.  We went ice skating, skiing, and just had a great time.

If you have ever been skiing you know how challenging it is to actually get there, get equipment, get dressed, and start skiing!  And that is just if it is you taking care of yourself.  So man it is a challenge when you have kids.  But of course it was, and is well worth it all!  The boys reallly did great skiing, and it will be fun to see them progress over the years.
