*do 10 squats, pushups, and situps, then do 9 of each, then 8, and so on until you finish at 1 rep each.

1. You control Food. Set your mind, and your WORDS!, that you are and will be in control of food and not let it control you.
2. Stay out of Condemnation and Guilt. If you mess up so to speak, get over it. Get back going and “controlling” food.
3. Cut back on sugary drinks. *and cut back on diet drinks and any other “artificially” sweetened drinks
4. Cut back on refined grains (breads, pastas, rices, cereals)
5. Find snacks or Meal Replacements for ease of use – Nutrition Bars, nuts, whole yogurt, Protein powder mixes / drinks
