10-15 110m sprints, rest 45 seconds between sprints. *start at a 50% effort sprint and work up to a near max sprint for the last 4-6 sprints
Check out this picture i took the other morning right here outside of God-Built. In the pic of course that is a most beautiful SUNRISE. Also, I was able to get in the pic the GB Hummer along with the front fender of one of my CJ Jeeps I am building. I think this is a pretty cool pic.
